MONDAY

5:30 AM, 6:30 AM, 7:30 AM, & 5:45 PM

All classes focus on cardio intensive strength training. Each workout is personalized, no class is ever the same!

TUESDAY

5:30 AM, 6:30 AM, 7:30 AM, 9:15 AM, & 5:30 PM

All classes focus on cardio intensive strength training. Each workout is personalized, no class is ever the same!The 5:30 PM class is Barre.  Barre is a workout technique that pulls elements from ballet, pilates, and yoga. Barre is a low impact that uses high intensity movements to strengthen the body.

WEDNESDAY

5:30 AM, 6:30 AM, 7:30 AM, & 5:45 PM

Wednesdays is TRX day! TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. TRX is a workout method that uses one's body weight and gravity as resistance in order to build strength, flexibility, balance coordination, and bone and joint stability.

THURSDAY
